This position requires a proactive, efficient, and professional individual to oversee complex scheduling, prioritise critical tasks, meeting coordination, and maintain governance and reporting processes.Working closely with senior management and executive stakeholders, both internal and external, you will ensure deadlines are met, priorities are clear, and decisions are informed by appropriate context and input. Success in this role demands exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to navigate shifting priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in contributing to a legacy-defining initiative that will transform transport and infrastructure in South East Queensland.
